A bit about "Office Daze".

This is by far our most popular class. It's complete team building flexibility that's a guaranteed hit with everyone - even the most staunch "can't cook, won't cook" person.

An ideal way to get your team working together in an un-intimidating social environment, which is a heap of fun! It can be as relaxed & groovy as you make it or as high energy & competitive as your team can handle!

100% tailor-made, Office Daze comes in three formats - Three Course Fine Dining, Fancy Finger Foods or Primo Italiano! Choose the date that suits you from the calendar page  (day's marked "available for Office Daze") let us know how many people are coming along and we'll recommend a format to suit - easy!

We can split you in to teams (max 6 teams) and turn the whole event in to a competition if you wish, with various award-winning categories such as "Best Presentation" and "Gordon Ramsay Wannabees". We can even supply some cool cooking gadget prizes for the winners!

The structure of the class runs like this -

When you arrive we settle you in around the bench and kick off with a short demonstration of the dishes that you will be making. Then we move you over to the workstations where all the ingredients & equipment have been set out for each team. Time to roll your sleeves up, don one of our aprons and get in to it!  

The Fancy Finger Foods format is for groups of 12 +. It's a high-energy class with each team making the same 5 dishes. This class is great fun and ideal for groups that like to party! It runs for 2.5 hours and the maximum for this class is 48 groovy people.  

The Three Course Fine Dining format is focused around the dining table. You make three gorgeous courses then enjoy them with your group at our lovely table. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual and fun - it's like dining out but with a twist! The duration of this fomat is 3 hours from start to finish and the maximum is 14 pax - as this is how many our dining table can seat. (minimum 8)  

Primo Italiano is for groups of 12 to 14. Make wicked fresh tagliatelle from scratch, with a beautiful seasonal sauce and chase it down with a traditional Italian dessert. This class is hilarious fun, great for the europhile and guarantees entertainment amongst the pasta machines!
